Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach Fishing Report 5-5-09
May 5th, 2009 by CCCB PressThe Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach fishing is in full swing. The Spanish Mackerel have shown up in huge numbers and size as well! They are biting anything that moves and we have caught lots of them sight casting and on fly rod. The Bluefish are still going strong. Red drum are being caught on the flats and around the docks in the ICW. The King Mackerel bite is going strong and is getting closer to the beach every day. Shark and Cobia fishing will be right around the corner!
